About Me
As a compassionate, judgment-free therapist, I help people reconnect with themselves, find balance, and prioritize self-care. With a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I offer tools to navigate parenting stresses and enhance relationships.
My Journey
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a unique blend of experiences—from teaching yoga in Florence, Italy, to working with neurodiverse individuals as a behavioral technician. These diverse experiences taught me something crucial: there's no one-size-fits-all approach to healing and growth.
After years of helping people connect with their bodies through yoga and mindfulness, I discovered my true calling in therapy. I realized that the same principles that help us find physical balance can guide us toward emotional harmony and deeper relationships.
Why I Love What I Do
There's something magical about witnessing people discover their authentic selves and build genuine connections. Whether I'm:
Helping couples understand and celebrate their different ways of experiencing the world
Supporting individuals in finding their emotional rhythm
Guiding parents through the complexities of family life
Walking alongside teens as they navigate their identity
Each session is an opportunity to create more understanding, acceptance, and connection in the world.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe that effective therapy happens when we address both the mind and body, combining evidence-based practices with holistic understanding. My approach integrates:
Traditional psychotherapy
Somatic awareness
Heart-focused techniques
Neurodiversity-affirming practices
Mindfulness and meditation
This integration allows me to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique way of processing and experiencing the world.

Individual Therapy: Reclaiming Control and Authenticity
What you can Expect
Life is full of demands—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Often, we find ourselves carrying heavy emotional loads while presenting a calm exterior, feeling like we have no choice but to “keep it together.” In individual therapy, we’ll work together to lighten that load. My goal is to help you regain a sense of control over your emotional world so that you’re not just surviving your day-to-day but thriving in all aspects of your life.
We’ll start by working on how you manage stress and emotions through powerful techniques like heart-focused breathing and positive inner dialogue. These tools aren’t just about feeling calmer in the moment; they give you lasting control over how you respond to life’s challenges. It’s about empowering you to feel that even when big emotions hit, they don’t have to control you.
Letting Emotions Flow
One of the most freeing realizations in therapy is that feelings, no matter how intense, are temporary. They’re like waves—sometimes crashing over you, but always moving on. In our work together, you’ll learn how to let these big feelings flow through you, rather than letting them overwhelm you. This shift allows you to approach your emotions with agency, knowing that you have the tools to navigate them and emerge stronger.
From Overwhelm to Authenticity
The real transformation happens when you can move from a place of emotional overwhelm to living authentically. When you’re able to manage your internal world, you start showing up as the truest version of yourself. You make decisions with clarity, align your actions with your values, and interact with others in a way that feels genuine. This newfound authenticity positively impacts all areas of your life—your relationships, your work, and your overall sense of well-being.
Building Tools for Emotional Resilience
In individual therapy, you are the expert on your own life. My role is to guide and equip you with tools to navigate your emotional and mental landscape. We’ll practice skills that help you handle stress, process emotions, and create a stronger connection between your mind and body. By doing this work, you’ll build emotional resilience and feel empowered to handle life’s challenges with confidence and self-assurance.

Partners navigating neurodiversity in your relationship
An individual seeking emotional regulation tools
A parent looking for support
A teen processing life changes
There's no "perfect time" to start therapy—reaching out is the first step toward growth and understanding.
What can I expect in our first session?
Our first session is about getting to know each other and ensuring we're a good fit. I'll ask questions about your current challenges, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This is also your time to ask questions and get a feel for my approach.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and answer any initial questions.

Come Home to Your BodyEmbodied Regulation for Women Who Are Done Just “Coping”You’ve done the journaling. The mindset work. The deep talks. But your body? She still clenches. She still braces. She still flinches at loud sounds or freezes when you “should” speak up.You want more than just mental tools. You want to feel ease—in your breath, your skin, your gut instincts. This is where we begin. What if regulation didn’t mean calming down…but coming into alignment?Embodied regulation means:• Learning to listen for the whispers before the screams• Tuning into your inner yes / no before it gets overridden• Creating space between sensation and story• Practicing micro-movements of safety, flow, and trust• Knowing how to return to yourself, even when life feels loudYour body is wise. It’s not just reacting—it’s remembering. When we train our consciousness through the body, we shift from survival mode to flow. From managing life to inhabiting it.🌀 The Body Is the TechnologyYou don’t need to transcend your body to heal. You need to inhabit it.This isn’t about abandoning your sharp mind or your intuitive spirit. It’s about plugging them into the operating system they were built to run on: your nervous system. The body is the tech—fluid, responsive, electric. But this isn’t about shrinking your world to raw sensation or reactivity. It’s about expanding your capacity—to feel, to love, to create, to be seen—without burning out. When you learn to regulate through the body, you don’t just feel “calmer.”You become more available—to your own knowing, your relationships, your work, your joy.🧠🌬️🫀You Are a System of SystemsYour mind.Your senses.Your nervous system.Your emotions.Your intuition.Your energy. They’ve never stopped working. They’ve just been working against each other—because no one ever taught you how to connect them.Embodied regulation isn’t just about calming down. It’s about coordinating your inner systems so they stop short-circuiting each other—and start working in harmony. You don’t have to choose between:• Logic or emotion• Intellect or body• Autonomy or connectionYou were always meant to be whole. When you learn to regulate through the body, you access a deeper clarity—a felt sense of truth. And from there?Your intuition is no longer a whisper you doubt—It becomes a signal you trust. The Process: How We Get There TogetherPhase 1: Awareness + FoundationsWe begin by getting curious—mapping your internal landscape, exploring your sensory needs, stress responses, and the patterns that have kept you in survival mode. We’ll introduce foundational tools for grounding and body-based awareness without overwhelm.Examples:• Identifying your unique stress patterns (shutdown, freeze, fawn, etc.)• Creating a daily sensory check-in practice• Building your personalized grounding menu (movements, textures, temperatures)Phase 2: Regulation + ConnectionNext, we strengthen your nervous system literacy. You’ll learn how to regulate in real-time using practical, intuitive tools. This phase focuses on creating internal safety, re-patterning your relationship to emotions, and building felt trust in your own signals.Examples:• Practicing breath patterns that shift your state (e.g., two inhales, one long exhale)• Rehearsing boundary-setting in low-stakes scenarios• Tracking “what safety feels like” in your body across different environmentsPhase 3: Embodiment + ExpansionHere, we move from managing symptoms to inhabiting your full self. We deepen your connection to intuition, creativity, and flow. You’ll practice responding to life—not from old scripts, but from embodied clarity. This is where regulation becomes a way of being.Examples:• Exploring movement-based expression (e.g., walking meditations, intuitive dance)• Tuning into body-based “yes/no” signals when making decisions• Co-regulating through conscious relational practices (eye contact, vocal resonance)Phase 4: Integration + SustainabilityWe’ll refine what works for your system, explore how to sustain regulation through shifts (like hormonal changes, life transitions, or sensory overload), and integrate practices that support your ongoing expansion.Examples:• Designing a weekly rhythm that includes active rest and sensory repair• Creating a “flare-up plan” for dysregulation episodes• Practicing ongoing self-attunement rituals (body scans, seasonal reflection, cyclical planning)This work is not about fixing you. It’s about finally letting you be you—with the tools to hold it all.
